The next course starts week of Monday 9th September and runs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6.15 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., and at 11.30 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. on Wednesdays. The course runs for seven weeks to the week of 21st October. Monday evening classes are given by Pilates-trained chartered physiotherapist, Sinead Glynn, Tuesday evening classes by Pilates trained chartered physiotherapist, Catrina Rodgers, with the day time classes being given by chartered physiotherapist, Fionnuala Tansey.
The focus of the class is to strengthen the core muscles, improve flexibility, balance and posture without aggravating any underlying injuries or complaints.
