Want to get your core muscles strong and toned for autumn 2019 and improve your posture? Then join our next course course of Clinical Pilates classes.
The next course starts the week of Monday 9th September and runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6.15 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., and at 11.30 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. on Wednesdays. The course runs for seven weeks to the week of 21st October. Tuesday evening classes are given by Pilates-trained chartered physiotherapist, Sinead Glynn, Wednesday evening classes by Pilates-trained chartered physiotherapist, Catrina Rodgers, with the day time classes being given by chartered physiotherapist, Fionnuala Tansey.
The focus of the classes is to strengthen the core muscles, improve flexibility, balance and posture without aggravating any underlying injuries or complaints.
