Dara was responsible for clinical Pilates within the practice as lead instructor. He gained further experience in London working in busy practices within the NHS and private practice domain. Dara gained experience in many specialist areas and spent the last number of years focusing on the treatment of athletes, predominantly football, at a university level. Dara is committed to the STOTT Pilates method and strives to incorporate the method into all aspects of his work as a physiotherapist.
Dara has also gained further knowledge in the practice of dry needling, electrotherapy (interferential, TENs, ultrasound, infrared etc.) biomechanics, orthotic prescriptions, kinesio-taping, hydrotherapy, healthy HIIT Pilates, advanced sports nutrition, sports traumatology, acupuncture and squash coaching.
