This is an exercise class which is a fusion of Healthy High Intensity Training and Pilates….challenging but fun! It’s a high intensity Pilates class excellent for generalised fitness keeping core abdominal strength as a central focus. Classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.15 and 7.30 and are given by Pilates-trained chartered physiotherapist, Dara Clifford.
