Tip of the month: One way of reducing low back pain at home
With busy lifestyles of working long hours and commuting long distances, many of us sit more than we used and this can contribute to low back pain.
To get more active in the house use the stairs as an exercise tool. Go up stairs, taking two steps at a time, and come down one step at a time. Repeat this 10 times and your body and back will have been loosened up. Do this every day as long as it is painfree and you won’t know yourself!
